A Lay Minister Spiritual Benefit Package validates and supports the tremendous energy and creativity of staff people that has chosen to dedicate themself to spreading the word of spiritual freedom through psychic kindergarten.

Who does this serve?

This program is offered to those who are willing to commit their time, talent and tithe for either 6 months or a year in a written agreement with the Mission Director.

Expectations

A 6 month or year commitment to staff at the Berkeley Mission includes:

• Tithe $50 per month

• Reading once a week

• Regular attendance at staff meetings

• Crowning one staff position per week (this could be teaching a 6 week class or crowning a Novice reading space, etc.)

• Helping to staff one Psychic Fair per month for a minimum of 6 hours

• Attend annual staff retreat

• Find your replacement for coverage during illness, vacation, etc.

• Accept designation of being “on staff”
